What’s my approach to healthier living? Just to keep it real in all aspect life. General principles to live by are…

  • COMMUNITY
    • Get back to connecting with people.
    • Deal with local businesses and farmers.
  •  SLEEP
    • Good / Quality sleep.
    • Power down lights and activities before bed
    • Block blue light from eye exposure
  •  SUPPLEMENTS/EXTERNAL
    • Opt to use more natural, chemical free products on skin and mouth
    • Get outside. Move. Try to sit as little as possible.
  •  FITNESS
    • Cardio, Strength, Agility, Balance, Stamina and Endurance.
  •  STRESS
    • De-connect. Spend time outside. Meditate. Observe. Doodle. Spend time with yourself.
  •  FOOD
    • Eat as close to nature as possible.
    • Can’t go wrong with as much veggies / greens as possible.
    • Know your food sources, eat locally (knowing your farmers is best but not needed).
    • To to eat grass-fed meats and dairy, pasture-raised chickens and wild caught fish.
    • Don’t forget to include game and organ meats.
